Matthew Hensley is an internationally published photographer and writer, specializing in photographing social justice issues.  He has documented things such as: alcohol abuse, child headed households, orphans, HIV/AIDS, abortion, human trafficking, and much more.

His goal is to use photography as a way to give a voice to those who otherwise wouldn’t have one.  He looks for the people who live in the margins of society and treats them with respect and love.

Sitting down and listening to people, letting them share their life makes such a difference to them personally. They feel like their story has been heard and that someone truly cares about what they have to say.

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute.”  Proverbs 31:8
